Do you take cash or card?
Cash payments are preferred on the day of your appointment, but i can also do direct bank transfer.
Do you do coverups / reworks / touch ups?
I offer free touch ups within the first 6 months of getting your tattoo done by me. Anything after this time period will be a rework and require a minimum charge of $200.
If it was done by another artist, you will be charged accordingly on how much needs to be touched up/reworked.
I do offer coverups if I think I can cover the piece up successfully. I might suggest getting laser if the tattoo is too dark for me to cover.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
I do have gift vouchers available on my website, but please make sure that whoever you're giving them to likes my style of tattooing.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
I studio is quite small and space is limited, so unless completely necessary we ask that you don't bring anyone along with you to your appointment.
Can I get tattooed while i'm pregnant / breastfeeding or have a serious medical condition?
Unfortunately I will not tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you have a serious medical illness (i.e heart condition, blood clotting disease etc) it's best to consult your GP before getting a tattoo.
How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email me at courtelise.tattoo@gmail.com.
Please understand you will need to give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule, otherwise you will need to cancel your appointment and forfeit your booking fee.
Reschedules also need to happen within a reasonable time frame, either within my current booking cycle or the next 3 month block.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT IS AN IMMEDIATE FORFEIT OF YOUR BOOKING FEE.
When will i see my design?
Due to issues in the past, I no longer send designs out before the appointment unless they are large scale pieces.
You will see your design on the day of your appointment and any minor changes can be made on the day.
Do you do black and grey?
I'm always happy to do tattoo's in my style in either black and grey or outlines!
I will not do colour realism or black and grey realism, fine line tattoos or ornamental work.
Where are you located?
The studio is private and located in Templestowe Lower in the North East suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.
Can I get a tattoo if i'm under 18?
It is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in victoria
What do i do if i am sick?
Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick or unwell in any way. You will need to either reschedule your appointment if it's 48 hours before your booking or cancel.(as per my above rescheduling policy)
I am immune compromised and it's easier for me to reschedule your one appointment rather than a weeks worth of clients

When sending an email, please include:
- A description of the tattoo you're wanting
- Any reference images you have
- Rough size in centimetres
- Placement of the piece
- Any budget requirements (optional)
Do you require a deposit?
All appointments require a $100 booking fee which is NON REFUNDABLE. This comes off the total of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.
How much do you charge?
My minimum charge is $200. I tattoo quite fast so I don't charge by the hour for one off pieces, I just charge per the piece.
For larger scale work and on going pieces I charge an hourly rate of $220 and offer a full day rate cap of $1,300
